Shipping policy
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means the price you pay at checkout covers your order and shipping — it does not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that your country may charge on the shipment.
These charges, if any, are set by your local customs authority and are collected by the courier (DHL, FedEx, or Estafeta) at the time of delivery. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are not something Uma can calculate, collect, or refund at checkout.
Whether a charge applies — and how much — depends on your country's import regulations and the value of your order. We recommend checking your country's customs website or contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you'd like to know what to expect.
By placing an international order with Uma, you agree to be responsible for any import duties or taxes assessed by your country.
